FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not correctly installed can be dangerous. Please read the instructions carefully prior to installation. Comply with the instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.

Warnings / Cautions / Notes

CAUTION
  • If you are installing the 'Quilted loadspace Liner' in conjunction with 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' or 'Loadspace Partition Net'. Then install the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' or 'Loadspace Partition Net' first.
  • When 'Quilted loadspace Liner' is installed, before lowering the second row seats, make sure the quilted loadspace liner headrest straps have been unclipped.
  • Make sure to protect the vehicle paintwork and trim during installation to avoid damage.
  • Take care not to bend the rigid side wall and rear sections to prevent permanent deformation.
NOTE
  • To remove dirt from the quilted loadspace liner, wipe with a clean, damp cloth.

Quilted loadspace Liner (Bill of Materials)

CAUTION
  • Part (E) is a small patch that is only required for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) vehicles. It is to be removed on all other vehicle variants to allow for ventilation.

Fitting Instruction

Open tailgate and remove parcel shelf.

Fold down second row seats.

Place the quilted loadspace liner base panel (A) into the loadspace. Align the front edge of the liner with the front edge of loadspace carpet.

Raise the quilted loadspace liner base panel sides and secure to the loadspace hooks.

NOTE
  • The right side loadspace liner aperture panel is permanently fixed to the quilted loadspace liner base. The left side loadspace liner aperture panel (B) is a separate part.

Attach the 2 quilted loadspace liner aperture side panels to the loadspace side trim.

  1. Apply pressure to the quilted loadspace liner aperture side panels to make sure good contact is made with the panel velcro strips and the loadspace carpet.

NOTE
  • This step is 'ONLY' required if you have the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' or 'Loadspace Partition Net' installed.

Open the x2 velcro panels to allow the quilted loadspace liner base to sit flush on the loadspace floor.

Place the seat back panel (C) on the folded back seats and velcro to the base panel.

Fold in the base panel side rear flaps (A) in preparation for securing the seat back panel (C).

NOTE
  • If 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' or 'Loadspace Partition Net' is already installed to the vehicle make sure the back panel of the quilted loadspace liner is behind the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height or 'Loadspace Partition Net' and not in front of it. See step 11 for example.

Raise the seat back panel (C) to secure it with the base side panel with provided velcro.

Raise the 2nd row seats and loop the elastic strap around the x3 metal headrest pillars. Then clip into place.

  • This step is 'ONLY' required if you have the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' or 'Loadspace Partition Net' installed.

Make sure the back panel of the quilted loadspace liner is behind the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' or 'Loadspace Partition Net' and not in front of it.

Align and slide the front panel (D) flap under the quilted loadspace liner base (A). Line up the velcro strips and attach the front panel flap to the underside of the quilted loadspace liner base (A).

If required, to access the D-loops open the x4 velcro panels.

Lift the front panel and secure using the buckles on both sides of the rear panel.

Install the parcel shelf and close tailgate.
