FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not properly fitted can be dangerous. Read the instructions carefully prior to fitting. Comply with instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.
Fitting Instruction
CAUTION
  • The full height loadspace partition cannot be used when the loadspace is configured for the full size spare wheel.
NOTE
  • The full height loadspace partition can be used when either the fixed D-loop anchor points or the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed.

NOTE
  • Make sure the second row seats are in their furthest forward position.

Open the tailgate.

Remove the parcel shelf from the vehicle.

NOTE
  • If the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed then use bracket (C).

If the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed in the loadspace then complete steps 6 to 8 before proceeding to step 11.

NOTE
  • If the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed then use bracket (B).

If the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed in the loadspace then start at step 9.

Remove the bolt and the fixed D-loop anchor point as illustrated. Complete this step for both anchor points, located on either side of the loadspace.

Attach the bracket (C) to the loadspace floor using the 5 mm bolt (D), as illustrated. Complete this step for both anchor points, located on either side of the loadspace.

  • Torque: 24 Nm

Attach the fixed D-loop anchor point to the bracket (C) using the bolt removed in step 6, as illustrated. Complete this step for both anchor points, located on either side of the loadspace.

  • Torque: 24 Nm

CAUTION
  • Discard the 2 bolts.

Remove the bolt from the end of the loadspace rail, nearest the second row seats, as illustrated. Complete this step for both of the loadspace rails.

Attach the bracket (B) to the loadspace rail using the 5 mm bolt (D), as illustrated. Complete this step for both of the loadspace rails.

  • Torque: 24 Nm

Fold down the second row seats.

CAUTION
  • This step requires 2 people.
NOTE
  • Check the orientation of the full height loadspace partition before you move the part into the vehicle.

Place the full height loadspace partition into the vehicle interior.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed into the loadspace and bracket (C) is installed.
  • Do not fully tighten the 2 thumbscrews (E).

Loosely secure the full height loadspace partition to the anchor point on the left side of the vehicle using the thumbscrew (E). Repeat this step for the anchor point located on the right side of the vehicle.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed into the loadspace and bracket (B) is installed.
  • Do not fully tighten the 2 thumbscrews (E).

Loosely secure the full height loadspace partition to the anchor point on the left side of the vehicle using the thumbscrew (E). Repeat this step for the anchor point located on the right side of the vehicle.

CAUTION
  • This step requires 2 people.

Secure the full height loadspace partition to the left side of the vehicle as illustrated.

  1. Locate the sprung pin into the larger of the two holes in the roof fixing point.
  2. Slide the sprung pin up and over the ridge so it locates into the smaller of the two holes in the roof fixing point.
  3. The sprung pin will secure the full height loadspace partition within the roof fixing point.
  4. Repeat the above three steps to secure the full height loadspace partition to the roof fixing point on the right side of the vehicle.

Return the second row seats to their upright position. Make sure the seat backrest does not touch the full height loadspace partition.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed into the loadspace and bracket (C) is installed.

Tighten the 2 thumbscrews to secure the full height loadspace partition to the 2 anchor points.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed into the loadspace and bracket (B) is installed.

Tighten the 2 thumbscrews to secure the full height loadspace partition to the 2 anchor points.

Make sure the full height loadspace partition is positioned correctly within the loadspace and all thumbscrews are tightened.

NOTE
  • The loadspace partition divider can be installed at this stage if required.

The full height loadspace partition has a sliding access door.

Fold down the second row seats to gain access to the sliding access door.

To open the sliding access door.

  1. Pull the latch pin downwards.
  2. Keep the latch pin pulled downwards and move the sliding access door a small distance so the latch pin is clear of the key slot. When the latch pin is clear of the key slot you can release the latch pin. Continue moving the sliding access door until you reach the open position.
  3. Make sure the latch pin engages into the second key slot to secure the sliding access door in the open position.

WARNING
  • Do not open the sliding access door from the loadspace side of the full height loadspace partition. Always open the sliding access door from the second row seats side of the full height loadspace partition.
CAUTION
  • The sliding access door should be kept either fully closed or fully open. Do not leave the sliding access door partially open as it cannot be secured.

Replace the parcel shelf into the vehicle if required.

Close the tailgate.

CAUTION
  • After covering the indicated distances, check that all the thumbscrews remain appropriately tightened.

  • 500 km or 300 miles.
  • 1000 km or 600 miles.
