FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not properly fitted can be dangerous. Read the instructions carefully prior to fitting. Comply with instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.
Fitting Instruction

Open the tailgate.

Remove the parcel shelf from the vehicle.

NOTE
  • The sliding D-loop anchor points can only be installed in the loadspace configured for the space saver spare wheel.

Check the type of D-loop anchor points installed into the loadspace.

  1. If the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed in the loadspace then start at step 4.
  2. If the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed in the loadspace then complete steps 11 to 15.

Check whether the loadspace is configured for the space saver spare wheel or the full size spare wheel.

  1. If the loadspace is configured for the space saver spare wheel then complete steps 5 to 7 before proceeding to step 14.
  2. If the loadspace is configured for the full size spare wheel then complete steps 8 to 10 before proceeding to step 14.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the loadspace is configured for the space saver spare wheel and the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed.

Trim away the two sections of the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) as illustrated.

Insert the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) into the loadspace configured for the space saver spare wheel and with the fixed D-loop anchor points installed.

Make sure the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) sits correctly within the loadspace so that the four fixed D-loop anchor points can all be accessed.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the loadspace is configured for the full size spare wheel and the fixed D-loop anchor points are installed.

Trim away the two sections of the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (B) as illustrated.

Insert the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (B) into the loadspace configured for the full size spare wheel and with the fixed D-loop anchor points installed.

Make sure the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (B) sits correctly within the loadspace so that the four fixed D-loop anchor points can all be accessed.

NOTE
  • Complete this step if the sliding D-loop anchor points are installed and the loadspace is configured for the space saver spare wheel.

Trim away the two sections of the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) as illustrated.

Insert the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) into the loadspace configured for the space saver spare wheel and with the sliding D-loop anchor points installed.

Make sure the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) sits correctly within the loadspace so that the four sliding D-loop anchor points can all be accessed.

14

Replace the parcel shelf into the vehicle.

15

Close the tailgate.
