FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING

Do not exceed 130 Km/h (80mp/h).
The maximum load should not exceed 45 Kg.
Make sure the load is level.
Make sure the load is equally distributed and has no excessive overhang at the front or rear of the vehicle. Any overhang at the rear of the vehicle requires a warning flag.
Make sure the tailgate does not clash with the load.
Secure the load at each end.
Be aware of the increased height of the vehicle.
Do not use an automated car wash with the carrier installed.

WARNING

Do not carry more that two kayaks.

Unlock and remove the cross bar end caps.

Slide out both of the trims from the roof bars.

Using a suitable cutting tool, cut the roof bar trims using the measurements illustrated.
Discard the smallest section of roof bar trim.

Insert the roof bar trim and the fixing 'B' into the roof bar as illustrated.
Install and lock roof bar end cap.

Assemble the carrier as illustrated.

Lower the carrier onto the roof bar.

Repeat steps 4 to 6 for the other carrier.

Using the straps supplied, secure the load.

Folding the carrier.

Unscrew the fixings.
Fold down the carrier.
Tighten the fixings.

Do not exceed 130 km/h or 80 mph.
