FITTING INSTRUCTION

Warnings / Cautions / Notes

WARNING
  • Do not pressurize above 4.1 bar (60 psi, 413 kPA).
CAUTION
  • When not in use, make sure the portable rinse system is empty and dry with the fill cap unscrewed.
  • Fill the portable rinse system on day of use.
  • Avoid storing the portable rinse system in a warm environment for an extended period of time.
  • Clean and sterilise the portable rinse system between uses.
NOTE
  • It is recommended to fill the Portable rinse system using an external tap with a quick connect outlet.
Fitting Instruction

To store the portable rinse system, attach it to the vehicle using a loadspace D-loop anchor point.

Thread the strap (B) through the D-loop and portable rinse system (A) to install it to the vehicle.

Lift up the two velcro flaps.

Uncoil the hose.

Turn off the flow valve when removing the hose from the nozzle.

When filling the portable rinse system with the hose, turn the flow valve on after connecting to the external tap.

  • Wait approximately 60 seconds for the portable rinse system tank to fill.

Turn the flow valve off and disconnect from the external tap.

Reconnect the nozzle.

Alternatively to top up the portable rinse system from an external tap remove the fill cap.

Fill with an external tap.

Check the water level with your finger.

Replace the cap. Tighten fully.

If the pressure gauge shows any pressure, reset the portable rinse system tank pressure by depressing the button on the hand pump.

NOTE
  • Approximately 150 full pumps.

Using the hand pump increase pressure to at least 2 bar. The portable rinse system is now ready to use.

NOTE
  • Center setting is advised for most applications.
  • Flow time is dependant on setting.

To use the rinse system:

  1. Turn on the hose flow valve.
  2. Rotate the nozzle ring to change to the desired spray setting.
  3. Press the hose head handle.
  4. Rotate the screw on the rear of the hose head to adjust the flow rate.

To empty the portable rinse system:

  1. Remove the nozzle and turn on the flow valve.
  2. Remove the fill cap.
  3. Uncoil the hose and tilt the rinse system.

When finished using the portable rinse system, remove the nozzle from the hose and press the handle several times to clear any residual water in the nozzle.
