FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not correctly installed can be dangerous. Read the instructions carefully prior to installation. Comply with instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.
NOTE
  • The brackets (VPLRS0577) are not included in the tailgate event seating kit (VPLWS0480). This part must be ordered separately.
REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
1

Open the tailgate.

Remove the parcel shelf.

Open part of the loadspace floor as illustrated.

  • Remove the 2 retaining screws.

Remove the loadspace floor.

Remove the D-loop anchor point nearest the tailgate on both sides of the loadspace.

Remove and discard the trim on both sides of the loadspace.

  • Release the 2 retaining clips.
Fitting Instruction
1

Install the plates (B) and (C) to both of the brackets (G).

  1. Install the plate (B) to the bracket (G). Make sure the small rectangular cut-out in plate (B) is not obstructed by the bracket (G).
  2. Turn bracket (G) over. Install plate (C) over the insert as illustrated.
  3. Install the 2 retaining bolts (D).
  4. Check again to make sure the small rectangular cut-out in plate (B) is not obstructed by bracket (G).
  5. Tighten the 2 retaining bolts (D). Torque: 3 Nm

NOTE
  • Make sure that the locating tabs are correctly installed as shown in the illustration.

Install the bracket (G) on both sides of the loadspace.

Install the D-loop anchor point nearest the tailgate on both sides of the loadspace.

  • Torque: 25 Nm

Install the retaining arm (E) to the bracket (B) on both sides of the loadspace.

Lock both of the retaining arms.

Install the loadspace floor.

Close the loadspace floor.

  • Install the 2 retaining screws.

Move the tailgate event seating (F) onto the loadspace floor.

Release the straps.

Open the tailgate event seating protective cover.

Open the tailgate event seating protective cover.

12

Slide the tailgate event seating as illustrated.

13

Engage the tailgate event seating to the retaining arms (E) on both sides of the loadspace.

14

Move the back of the tailgate event seating to the correct position.
