FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not properly fitted can be dangerous. Read the instructions carefully prior to fitting. Whilst fitting, comply with instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.
Fitting Instruction

NOTE
  • Repeat this step for the other side.

Remove the trim.

NOTE
  • Repeat this step for the other side.

Using a suitable tool, cut the trims as illustrated.

NOTE
  • Hand tight only at this stage.

Install both front Side Tube mounting brackets.

NOTE
  • Hand tight only at this stage.

Install both rear Side Tube mounting brackets.

NOTE
  • Hand tight only at this stage.

With the aid of another person, install the Side Tubes.

Tighten both of the front Side Tube mounting bracket bolts.

  • Torque: 48 Nm.

Tighten both of the rear Side Tube mounting bracket bolts.

  • Torque: 48 Nm.

Tighten the Side Tube mounting bolts.

  • Torque: 9 Nm.

NOTE
  • Repeat this step for the other side.

Install the trim.

  • Torque: 8 Nm.
