CAUTION

If protective wax has been applied to the vehicle it must be thoroughly removed before starting this procedure.

NOTE

New clips maybe required if old ones are damaged and you are unable to tighten rear mud flap fixing up to the correct torque setting.

Tooling
Phillips Screwdriver

Raise and support vehicle on a 4-post ramp.

Remove and discard x3 fixings from rear wheel arch liner / rear bumper.

Remove and discard x1 fixing from lower bumper.

Install rear mud flap bracket (B1 or B2) to rear mudflap (A1 or A2) depending on what side of the vehicle you are installing.

NOTE

If unable to achieve torque because of the ejot clip worn out. Replace the ejot clip with part number (LR045183). The ejot clips are located on the rear bumper behind the rear wheel arch liner.

Offer up rear mud flap with bracket and install x3 fixings (D) to secure it onto the vehicle.

NOTE

If unable to achieve torque because of the ejot clip worn out. Replace the ejot clip with part number (LR045183). The ejot clips are located on the rear bumper behind the rear wheel arch liner.

Install x1 fixing (C) and (C1) to the bottom of the mudflap.

Lower vehicle.
