  • Accessories which are not correctly installed can be dangerous. Please read the instructions carefully prior to installation. Comply with the instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.

  • Inspect contents of kit and cut the fixing kit from the loadspace partition. Claims for missing items will not be accepted if the blister pack is opened.
  • Items (B) and (B1) are only required for 7 seat vehicle variants.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Open upper and lower tailgates.

Remove parcel shelf. For vehicles with power parcel shelf please refer to Owner's Handbook.

The 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' is compatible with the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner'. If you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' installed or plan to install one later please see the below options. If not then proceed to step 8.

  1. If 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' and 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' are to be installed together, then the Loadspace Partition - Full Height' will need to be fitted first and then 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' second. Please follow the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' instructions for the installation of the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner'.
  2. If the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' is already installed to the vehicle then proceed to next step.

NOTE
  • This step is only required if you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed.

Release the elastic velcro straps around the head rests.

NOTE
  • This step is only required if you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed.
  • 5 Seat vehicles only.

Fold down the second row seats (Please refer to Owner's Handbook if unsure how to do this). Then detach the seat back panel of the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' from the side tabs, so the back panel will then lie on top of the folded down seats.

  • This step is only required if you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed.
  • 7 Seat vehicles only.

Fold down the second row seats (Please refer to Owner's Handbook if unsure how to do this). Then detach the seat back panel of the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' from the side tabs, so the back panel will then lie on top of the folded down seats.

  • This step is only required if you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed.
  • Both 5 and 7 seat vehicle shown in this graphic.

Move aside 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' tabs to reveal the vehicles D-loops. These will need to be visible for the installation of the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height'.

WARNING
  • Do not use third row seats when 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' is installed. Third row seats should be in their stowed position.
NOTE
  • This step is not required if you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' installed.

Fold down third row seats (if present), (Please refer to Owner's Handbook if unsure how to do this).

WARNING
  • Make sure second row seatbelts are in seatbelt guides and not trapped by the 7 seat side plates when fitted.
NOTE
  • This step is not required if you already have already done this in conjunction with a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed.

Fold down second row seats (Please refer to Owner's Handbook if unsure how to do this).

NOTE
  • Place removed trim covers in secure location so that trim covers can be fitted back when the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' is removed.

Remove left and right trim covers without damage using a plastic trim removal tool.

Fitting Instruction

NOTE
  • Do not fully tighten to allow pin movement.

Install x2 upper pins (D) to loadspace partition (A) with washers (D3), (D2) and nut (D1).

NOTE
  • 7 Seat vehicles only.
  • Note orientation of the side plates. Use the location arrowed to help identify what way the side plates should be facing. When installed the side plate fixings will be invisible from the rear of vehicle.

Install side plates (B) to loadspace partition (A) with fixings (B1).

  • Torque: 10Nm

WARNING
  • Requires the aid of another person.
CAUTION
  • Make sure trim is protected when moving part into vehicle.

Insert loadspace partition (A) into vehicle.

  1. Insert loadspace partition (A) into vehicle by the side rear door. Make sure the thumb screws on the loadspace partition door are facing towards the rear of the vehicle for correct orientation.

  • Requires the aid of another person.

Insert loadspace partition upper pins (D) into headliner fixing points.

  1. Make sure the loadspace partition pins (D) are first located through the large slots.
  2. Then slide the loadspace partition pins (D) into the smaller slots to install into position.

NOTE
  • 7 Seat vehicles only.
  • Protect tailgate from damage from shoes when climbing into the car.

Drop the access door and make sure the access door has equal clearance on either side by adjusting the slot on upper mounts.

  1. If OK then proceed to step 7 and close access door.
  2. If adjustment is required proceed to next step.

NOTE
  • 7 Seat vehicles only.

Adjust the loadspace partition (A) by sliding left or right on the upper pins (D). Then close access door when in position.

After aligning the loadspace partition to have same clearance on both side of trims, x2 upper mount pin nuts (D1) are tighten on both sides.

  • Torque: 24Nm

Install domed plastic caps (D4).

Locate D-loops and open.

  • Note correct orientation of the J-hooks as illustrated.
NOTE
  • 5 seat variant shown.

Install the J-hooks (C).

  1. Hold the loadspace partition with one hand to make sure it stays engaged with the roof fixing, then swing the loadspace partition slightly forward (towards front of vehicle) to slide the J-hooks (C) through the tension tubes located on the loadspace partition at the bottom on both sides.
  2. Now engage the J-hooks into the D-loops. Correct orientation is shown in the illustration.

Install the J-hooks (C).

  1. Hold the loadspace partition with one hand to make sure it stays engaged with the roof fixing, then swing the loadspace partition slightly forward (towards front of vehicle) to slide the J-hooks (C) through the tension tubes located on the loadspace partition at the bottom on both sides.
  2. Now engage the J-hook into the D-loops. Correct orientation is shown in the illustration.

Install and tighten thumb screws (C1).

WARNING
  • J-hooks exposed threads must always be covered by flexi caps.
NOTE
  • 5 and 7 seat variants shown.

Install flexi caps (C2) to the ends of the J-hooks.

NOTE
  • This step is only required if you already have a 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed.
  • The 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' seat back panel should always be in-between the second row seats and the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height'.

When you have the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' installed you will need to re-attach the seat back panel to the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner'. To do this will be a reversal of steps 6 or 5 and step 4.

CAUTION
  • Make sure the second row seat backrest does not touch the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' in the reclined position.

Fold up second row seats if you haven't already done so.

NOTE
  • Parcel shelf is not compatible when the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' is fitted to 5 seat vehicles, this must be stored in a safe area.

Install parcel shelf. (For vehicles with power parcel shelf please refer to Owner's Handbook).

Close upper and lower tailgates.

The 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' should be loosened at both the J-hooks. Check the position on roof upper pins and retighten J-hooks for every 300 miles or 500 km.

NOTE
  • Make sure all kit contents are stored in a safe place for next use, spares are not available separately from the complete kit.
  • The x2 spare flexi caps (C2) should be stored in a safe place.

Removal is the reverse of installation. Step 5-8 are only required for initial installation to the vehicle or if moving the 'Loadspace Partition - Full Height' between vehicles.
