FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not correctly installed can be dangerous. Please read the instructions carefully prior to installation. Comply with the instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.
CAUTION
  • When quilted loadspace liner is installed, before lowering the 2nd row seats, make sure the quilted loadspace liner headrest straps have been unclipped.
  • Make sure to protect the vehicle paintwork and trim during installation.
  • Take care not to bend the rigid side wall and rear sections to prevent permanent deformation.
NOTE
  • To remove dirt from the quilted loadspace liner, wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
  • This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.
  • Inspect contents of kit.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Open upper and lower tailgates.

Remove parcel shelf. For vehicles with power parcel shelf please refer to Owner's Handbook.

WARNING
  • Make sure the seccond row seatbelts are in seatbelt guides and not trapped by the 7 seat side plates when fitted.

Fold down second row seats and third row seats if present.

Open the deployable hooks.

Fitting Instruction

NOTE
  • Align the loadspace side trim outer edge profile with the side panels outer edge profile on both sides of the liner.

Place the quilted loadspace liner base (A) into the loadspace.

NOTE
  • This step is only required for the 5 seat HVAC Control Module (HVAC) variants. Cut out is present on all 7 seat variant liners so no velcro flaps are provided.

Please remove the Velcro HVAC flap on left side panel and secure it to the same panel as shown in image.

NOTE
  • Make sure the front part of base sides are secured to deployable loadspace hook.

Raise the Quilted loadspace liner base sides.

  1. Raise the loadspace liner.
  2. Secure the liner to the deployable loadspace hooks.

NOTE
  • If your vehicle has a full height cargo barrier installed you can still slide the seatback panel (B) under it to do this step.

Place the quilted loadspace liner seatback panel (B) on folded back seats and velcro as illustrated.

CAUTION
  • Take care not to bend the rigid side wall and rear sections to prevent permanent deformation.
NOTE
  • For 5 seat variants only.
  • If you have a full height cargo barrier installed make sure the seatback panel (B) sits behind the full height cargo barrier. Please see last step for a visual reference.

Raise the quilted loadspace liner seatback panel (B) to secure it with the base side panel with provided velcro.

  • For 7 seat variant only.
  • If you have a full height cargo barrier installed make sure the seatback panel (B) sits behind the full height cargo barrier. Please see last step for a visual reference.

Raise the quilted loadspace liner seatback panel (B) to secure it with the base side panel with provided velcro.

Raise the 2nd row seats.

Velcro the elasticated straps on seat back panel around the headrest as illustrated.

Switches on loadspace right side trim can be accessed by opening the switch cover.

Locate and position part (C).

  1. Align and slide the front panel (C) flap under the quilted loadspace liner base (A).
  2. Line up the velcro strips and attach the front panel flap to the underside of the quilted loadspace liner base (A).

NOTE
  • Keep the buckles facing the back panel for attachment.

Lift and double fold the front panel. Secure using the buckles on both sides of the rear panel.

Install parcel shelf. For vehicles with power parcel shelf please refer to Owner's Handbook.

Close upper and lower tailgates.

NOTE
  • The loadspace accessories fitted by using D-loops can be fitted as per their respective fitting instructions by opening the base flaps. In some cases, second row seats may have to be folded by detaching the back panel.

Access D-loops.

  1. To access the D-loops on 5 seat vehicles open x2 back yellow flaps and x2 front yellow flaps as shown.
  2. To access the D-loops on 7 seat vehicles open x2 back yellow flaps and x2 front yellow flaps shown in the inset.

NOTE
  • The following steps are needed only for the installation of the full height the cargo barrier when the quilted loadspace liner has already been installed.

Release all the velcro around the head rests.

WARNING
  • Make sure the second row seatbelts are in seatbelt guides and not trapped by the 7 seat side plates when fitted.

Fold down the second row seats.

CAUTION
  • Do not attempt to install the full height cargo barrier with the back panel of the quilted loadspace liner attached.

Release the back panel from both side panels and rest on 2nd row seats.

NOTE
  • If the quilted loadspace liner is already installed, the quilted loadspace liner seat back panel must be detached from the quilted loadspace liner to be able to fold down the 2nd row seats. Install the full height cargo barrier as per instructions and re-attach the quilted loadspace liner seat back panel.
  • When fitting both the full height cargo barrier and quilted loadspace liner in conjunction with one another, fit the full height cargo barrier first and then the quilted loadspace liner second.
  • Front flaps need to be opened to access the D-loops on the quilted loadspace liner (see step 14). This will be necessary while engaging the J-hooks when installing the full height cargo barrier.

Install the full height cargo barrier and make sure the D-loops are accessible through the quilted loadspace liner.

Makes sure the back panel of the quilted loadspace liner is behind the full height cargo barrier and not in front of it.
