FITTING INSTRUCTION

WARNING
  • Accessories which are not correctly installed can be dangerous. Read the instructions carefully prior to ordering and installation to make sure this accessory is applicable to your variant of vehicle. Comply with instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.

Warnings / Cautions / Notes

CAUTION
  • If you are installing the 'Loadspace Partition Net' in conjunction with or 'Quilted Loadspace Liner'. Then install the 'Loadspace Partition Net' first. If the 'Quilted loadspace Liner' is already installed these instructions also cover this.
  • Make sure to protect the vehicle paintwork and trim during installation to avoid damage.
  • If the 'Loadspace Partition Net' is to be used with a reclining seat, the seat must be moved into position before fitting the barrier.
NOTE
  • When not in use store the 'Loadspace Partition Net' in net in the supplied bag (B)

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Open tailgate and remove parcel shelf.

CAUTION
  • If you are installing the 'Loadspace Partition Net' with the 'Quilted Loadspace Liner' already installed then complete steps 3 to 5 first. If not then proceed to step 6.

Quilted Loadspace Liner.

Open x2 velcro panels to reveal the D-loops.

CAUTION
  • Do not lower the second row seats without first releasing the head restraint straps.

Release all the velcro around the head rests then lower second row seats.

Release the seat back panel from both side base panels and rest on second row seats.

Fold down second row seats.

NOTE
  • Place removed trim covers in secure location so that trim covers can be fitted back when 'Loadspace Partition Net' is removed.

Remove left and right trim covers without damage using the trim tool.

Fitting Instruction

NOTE
  • Make sure the logo (arrowed) on the loadspace partition net is facing to the rear of the vehicle on the left for the correct orientation.

Insert loadspace partition net upper guides into the large headliner fixing points and slide cargo barrier into the fixed position.

CAUTION
  • Make sure all the straps are tight and straight with no twisting.

Secure loadspace partition net (A) to vehicle D-loops on both sides of the vehicle.

  1. Pull this part of the loadspace partition net strap towards the D-Loop.
  2. Feed loadspace partition net strap through D-loop.
  3. Feed loadspace partition net strap up through the buckle.
  4. Pull strap tight and make sure they are straight with no twisting (Overtightening may deform the net).

Stow excess length of the straps.

NOTE
  • This step is 'ONLY' required if you have the 'Quilted loadspace Liner' installed.

Fold in the base panel side rear flaps in preparation for securing the seat back panel.

NOTE
  • This step is 'ONLY' required if you have the 'Quilted loadspace Liner' installed.

Raise the second row seats and velcro the elasticated straps on seat back panel around the x3 headrests.

CAUTION
  • Do 'NOT' recline the seat into a fitted tensioned net.

Fold up second row seats.

  1. Second row seats in normal position (not reclined) should not touch the 'Loadspace Partition Net'.
  2. If you are to have your second row seats in the reclined position then position your seat first before tightening the 'Loadspace Partition Net'. Do 'NOT' recline the seat into a fitted tensioned net.

NOTE
  • This step is 'ONLY' required if you have the 'Quilted loadspace Liner' installed.

Secure back panel to headrests with provided velcro straps.

NOTE
  • This step is 'ONLY' required if you have the 'Quilted loadspace Liner' installed.

Makes sure the back panel of the quilted loadspace liner is behind the loadspace partition net and not in front of it.

Install parcel shelf and close tailgate.
